Brian got my gas fire pit fixed quickly and expertly. He knows his business well. I can tell he is a busy guy but he fit me in and did well with communication and scheduling. PHP is who I will next for all of my gas appliance needs.

Brian just tuned up our fireplace and did a terrific job. VERY informative and knows his stuff. Rare to find a small company where every phase of the experience was top shelf. Highly recommend !!

This is by far the most professional and friendly experience I've had from any company in some time, and that in itself was refreshing. The attention to detail and quality was more than I could have hoped for and now we have the most splendid gas fireplace with easy remote control. No mess, no hassle. Brian is absolutely fantastic...knowledgeable, friendly and very fair. It's so refreshing to meet someone trustworthy and competent...he answered my call the first time, made an appointment for the next day, showed up on time and completed the job for a fair price. Additionally he explained what he was doing and why...what I can do to avoid future issues and fixed a couple things he noticed without charging me extra. I can't recommend him enough!

The service from Brian & Adam at PHP Gas has been stellar. They installed our unit quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I've had several service calls for remote related issues and of course, they were always when we were experiencing a cool spell. The service at PHP has been exemplar; I can't say enough about it. I placed a call early one morning and even though the receptionist was on vacation, she took my call and got Brian & Adam alerted. They responded quickly by text and made time for us before noon so we could stay warm. We have them come out annually in the fall for routine maintenance of the log set and I love knowing I am prepared for those chilly Florida mornings. I love my fireplace and I love my fireplace guys! Thanks guys.

Brian was excellent. Most importantly if you are looking for a company that believes in SERVICE! We called them at 8.45 this morning and by 11 AM ou fireplace was serviced. Back to Brian, he explains everything that he is doing and invites you to learn what service he is performing. He inspected the total system. I already have scheduled him to service another item for later in the month. You can't go wrong calling this company!
